About Banbury
Banbury was a small market town many years ago, but has now grown into a large town with good shopping and lots of amenities. Banbury has a large range of shops, including Castle Quay shopping precinct, and excellent restaurants. Banbury is also situated in the midlands, approx. 22 miles from Oxford, 27 miles from Coventry and 20 miles from Northampton.
Banbury is home to a famous landmark called Banbury Cross, and has easy access to the M40, which has encouraged lots of businesses to move into the area i.e. Kraft General Foods, Alcan and Prodrive, all of which are very close to the Banbury link of the M40.
